Biography

My name is Bastian, my friends call me Baz and I’m an artist residing in Sydney. I was originally born in Chile, but have grown up as an Aussie since I was 6, through this time I gained a huge love for music through the different styles and genres I was exposed to growing up from my mum and her love for different genres that included Reggaeton, Hip-Hop both from the 80’s and 90’s and all of the timeless classic pop songs that came out in that era and the early 2000’s. 

Vision & Accomplishments

It is ESSENTIAL to me as an artist to be authentically yourself, to be unique, and offer something to the masses that hasn't been heard in the BEST way possible. With that being said, I truly believe in the sound that I provide as it's different, catchy and authentic to who I am as an aussie with a multicultural background. Like I mentioned earlier, my newest single 'LOCATION' is about to drop on the 28th of May and I truly BELIEVE in this track and its potential.

It's a feel good and high energy song I partly produced and wrote entirely myself, and I really believe I have a lot to offer, especially with my unique sound and I know you’ll enjoy what you hear. The song really is a banger!

With my accomplishments, I have already seen some pretty great success with my last release, I dropped my single 'Raise Up' at the start of last month and already have just under 1.5k streams on Spotify and over 2.1k views on my YouTube music video for my debut. These are numbers not usually seen on a debut track. I released it just over a month and a bit ago and I really think it's because I stand in my own lane and offer something different to what a lot of new artists are trying to bring to the table. My vision is to open up the doors for other young Aussie artists to not be afraid to do music for themselves, and not have to change anything about who they are or how they sound to reach equal success.
