Biography

Im KidDave from Melbourne, Australia and I’m a 17 year old rapper, singer, song writer and producer. I was raised in the Westside of Melbourne and I been in that area most of my life. We moved from house to house and area to area but always kept it in the Westside. Something crazy about me is I got 8 younger siblings.


I started making music at around 6 or 7  on my parents old Mac on GarageBand. Me and my little brother would just mess around recording videos and music. My early influences were artists like lil Wayne, lil twist, tyga, ja rule, nelly,  etc. My biggest influence to actually start writing and recording my own music was my uncle young Ezy, I used to go to his shows and perform with him and watch him record and all that. Then he took me to the studio once and that’s kind of when I knew this is it, imma do it as-well. Ever since then I just been grinding and creating my sound. 


Accomplishment

I just recently released a small project called “Melbourne Secret” which you can find on all platforms, that was an ep just to show people what I can do in my room. I still got a lot more vibes to come, that ep was just the surface, I got a couple videos out on YouTube as well and more on the way for sure.

Vision


My goal is to put the whole city on, I can see that Melbourne has hella untouched talent and I want to break that out, put us in the spotlight. Melbourne is full of every sound you can think of and my ultimate goal is to start an independent record label and sign upcoming Melbourne artists and push them, but first I gotta kick down the door and let us all in.
