Biography 

Wesley Black is an emerging artist coming out of Perth, Australia blending a heavy mix of electronic and trap elements alongside emotive narratives and stimulating topics through his lyricism. Wesley’s latest releases consist of intense trap beats and high energy vocals, showcasing just how dynamic he is. With an ever growing discography, Wesley is fast becoming one of the most exciting rap prospects coming up in the industry. Wesley has created his signature sound and gained attention doing so. Achieving 28k plays for his track ‘Red’ on Spotify alone, reaching 28k views on YouTube for 'The End' music video and Triple J Unearthed airtime for his track Outlaw with reviews from notables like Dave Ruby Howe and The Aston Shuffle. A three tape series acting as a prelude to the upcoming project from Wesley Black, the ‘Angel Tapes’ are a miniseries of short tracks, highlighting what the EP will bring to audiences. Blending electronic trap, rap, and hyper aggressive styles, this selection showcases the hard lyrical imagery and graphic visuals that Wesley Black looks to bring into his new project. While DAMN! is more trap heavy, the series of songs only progress lyrically, while the accompanying visuals tell the backstory to the upcoming EP; who is the Angel?
